This technique is better suited for people looking to unwind and relax.
Deep Pressure
Here, I combine medium and deep pressure strokes with active and passive limb movements to help you reduce chronic mobility restrictions, increase flexibility, relieve the sensation of tension and alleviate pain, according to your own body type and goals. How deep a treatment feels is different for each person. I will work with you to determine what amount of pressure feels deep to you.
Sport Recovery Massage
Welcome to your perfect post-activity and sport recovery treatment. I do a series of medium intensity warming, flushing, and compression moves with static stretching or PNF stretching. A great treatment after your workout.
Myofascial Treatment
This is my favourite massage activity. More than a massage, Myofascial treatment is designed to provide a high intensity nervous system stimulation. This can help release the sensations of tightness and holding patterns in the body. Techniques are applied with a slow sustained pressure to provide a sensation of tissue stretching that may feel quite intense. After treatment you may notice improved function, mobility and a decrease in pain.
Tender Point Therapy
Work out those irritating areas that feel painful or cause continuous aches. I use this approach when needed in any treatment, but specifically recommend TPT for people experiencing long-term chronic pain or musculoskeletal disorders.
