Located in Fort Garry, and a short drive from Bridgewater, River Heights, Fort Rouge, Wolseley, Downtown, Saint Vital, and South Winnipeg, AH Massage Therapy provides remedial massage to relieve pain, help heal injuries, reduce stress, promote relaxation and improve wellness.

Experience the warmth of therapeutic touch from a Registered Massage Therapist to help you break down obstacles of the mind and body. Massage Therapy is a special approach to self care and can help improve your overall wellness.

I help people struggling with chronic pain, injuries, health issues, and stress. I recognize that emotional wellbeing and individual coping skills are important in healing and pain management.

Services include Swedish relaxation massage or treatment based massage. All treatments include a musculoskeletal assessment and specific at-home exercises and/or stretching recommendations.

I believe that getting yourself back to normal means setting your own goals and taking care of your health and healing by trying new activities, building new habits and being compassionate and patient with yourself.

My clinic is nestled in one of Winnipeg’s top rated Yoga facilities, Studio 26. With over 10 years experience of practicing this beginner yoga series, and a B.P.E from The University of Manitoba, I can also offer a special perspective on how to best approach your Core 26 Yoga practice.

My job is to help people acknowledge, experience, and bear the reality of life - with all its pleasures and heartbreak.
